MyRubberLife house rules

MyRubberLife is a community for adults who share an interest in rubber, fetish, kink, lifestyle, creativity, and the people behind it. We want this to be a place where people can be themselves, meet others, share experiences, and enjoy the community without feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome.

These rules apply to everything on MyRubberLife, including profiles, posts, comments, groups, messages, images, and other community features. By participating here, you agree to follow them.

1. Be respectful

Treat other members like human beings. Different interests, identities, experiences, opinions, and boundaries are welcome. Personal attacks, bullying, harassment, intimidation, humiliation, or deliberately making someone feel unsafe are not.

2. Consent comes first

Respect people's boundaries. Don't pressure someone into conversations, interactions, meetings, or sharing material they don't want to share. A person's silence, previous agreement, profile, or participation in the community should never be treated as automatic consent.

3. Only share content you have the right to share

Upload and share your own work, or material you have permission to use. Don't repost somebody else's photographs, artwork, writing, or personal material without permission. Never share intimate or private material involving another person without their clear permission.

4. Adult content

MyRubberLife is an adult space where sexual, fetish, and kink-related conversations are welcome when they are legal, consensual, and respectful. Members may share their own experiences, writing, artwork, and permitted personal content.

Pornographic content, commercial pornography, and links or embeds directing members to pornography are not allowed. Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, abuse, or other illegal sexual material is strictly prohibited.

If something is adult or potentially sensitive, use the available spoiler or content-warning features where appropriate.

5. Respect privacy

Don't publish someone's real name, address, workplace, contact details, private messages, photographs, or other personal information without their permission. Don't attempt to identify or expose another member who chooses to remain anonymous.

6. Keep conversations constructive

Disagreement is fine. Being deliberately hostile isn't. Don't derail discussions, provoke arguments, spam threads, repeatedly post the same material, or target another member across multiple conversations.

7. No spam or unwanted promotion

Don't use MyRubberLife primarily to advertise products, services, websites, events, accounts, or businesses without permission. Unwanted mass messages, repetitive promotional posts, referral spam, scams, and misleading links are not welcome.

8. No illegal or dangerous activity

Don't use MyRubberLife to facilitate, encourage, or organize illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, threats, fraud, or activities that put other members at serious risk.

9. Report problems

If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it to the moderation team rather than starting a public fight. Don't retaliate against members who make reports, and don't misuse reporting tools to harass or silence people.

10. Moderation

Moderators may remove content, edit or close discussions, restrict features, issue warnings, or suspend or remove accounts when necessary to protect the community. Serious violations may result in immediate action.

Moderators may also act on behaviour that isn't specifically listed here when it clearly goes against the purpose or safety of the community. Not every situation can be covered by a written rule, so please use common sense.

11. Keep your account yours

Don't impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use someone else's account. Be honest about who you are and don't deliberately misrepresent another member.

12. Use common sense

These rules are here to make MyRubberLife a better place, not to create a rulebook for every possible situation. If something feels exploitative, invasive, abusive, deliberately disruptive, or clearly inappropriate for the community, don't post it.

In short: be yourself, respect other people, respect consent and privacy, share responsibly, and help keep MyRubberLife a fun and welcoming place for adults in the rubber and fetish community.

If you're unsure whether something is okay, ask a moderator before posting. We'd much rather help you get it right than have to clean up a problem afterwards.
